Teen Groups (ages 13-17)
- Thrive – 12-week Group developed for teens living with Chronic Disease, Illness, or Pain. The focus is aimed on improving the quality of life by providing education, coping skills and addressing issues related to self-esteem, body image, dating, athletics, and goal attainment.
- Peak Performance – 8-week Group developed for teens and young adults seeking to reach their fullest potential. The focus is aimed at improving self-esteem, confidence, problem-solving skills, conflict resolution, assertiveness, mental toughness, and tools for goal setting & attainment. Members include students and athletes interested in personal growth and development, along with those experiencing a recent setback.
Adult Groups (18+)
- Living Well with Chronic Illness & Pain – 12-week group developed for individuals living with chronic medical illness and pain. Living with a chronic medical illness is stressful, complicated, and exhausting. Individuals often worry about the uncertainty of their future, the unpredictability of their symptoms, and financial difficulties. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone! The Living Well with Illness Group brings individuals together who are going through similar experiences to share feelings and coping strategies. The group is led by a fully licensed therapist who understands chronic illness personally and professionally.
- Caregiver Community – 12-week Group developed for caregivers and family members whose loved ones are living with Chronic Disease, Mental Illness, or Chronic Pain. The focus is aimed at improving self-care and quality of life by providing education, coping skills, and relational support.
